Kassie Williams serves as our agency President, bringing 20+ years of insurance industry experience to her leadership role. Originally from West Virginia, she attended Guilford College and earned her insurance license in 2006. She joined the agency in 2011 as Operations Manager and has since led the organization with a strong focus on growth and innovation. Kassie holds both CIC and CISR designations.
Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of analyst, account management, and underwriting roles. She enjoys developing solution-based products in an ever-changing marketplace and building dependable relationships with agency partners.
Kassie is active in the Hilton Head Chamber, Hilton Head Builders Association, Bluffton Self Help, Lowcountry Dress for Success, and the Hilton Head Humane Association. She is also a member of IIABSC. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, skiing, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her husband, stepson, and their dog.
